Hi ***,We have never received a call from this customer regarding chargers on her credit card. Our company Omni Fund/Loan Officer *** *** (*** *** *** *** *** credit report for the purpose of a home loan in which she received. We
are the credit reporting agency that Mr*** uses to handle the credit portion. We are approved by all credit bureaus. During that time work was requested on Ms*** by Mr***. Our rep *** Maldonado needed to do a conf call with Ms*** and ***. We had sent a fax for the information but *** was taking too long to get back. See below on 10/23/we requested a conf call with Ms*** and again on 11/02/15. She was supposed to call into our office to do this. We finally got her to call in and we were able to do the conf call getting the required information. At NO time has Ms*** every called our office for anything other than a conf call between us and ***. She has NOT called use regarding charges to her credit card. As you can see below I am providing detailed notes in her file showing that she has not called in to complain about charges. If she had talked to someone they would be in our notes. I am more than willing to provide copies of the files where you can see proof of this that is verified by our software vendor Sharper Lending.I am asking you remove any negative comment from our name regarding this. Had Ms*** called us we would have explained what the charges were on her credit card. She would have understood that the charges billed to her are 100% part of the loan process. Her loan officer Mr*** can verify this.
