stated that they would include for free for the customer. MFI has overnighted the missing accessories when available at the cost of MFI. MFI has been working to resolve the few issues which are almost fully resolved. Customer now only has an issue with the look/condition of some of the batteries and one IV pole. MFI will be replacing these items because we always stand behind our orders.
