I would like to introduce myself, *** ***, as I am in charge of the Customer Service department at MFour Mobile Research.
On January 27, 2016, I reached out to the consumer who filed complaint # *** with details regarding her transaction, which was successfully completed on 12/15/We have confirmed that her requested payment of $was sent to her *** account under *** on the same date as her filed complaint (transaction details attached)However, she has not yet replied to us to confirm that there are no remaining issues on her endIs there anything more that can be done to have this complaint reconciled or are we to await her response?
