MG Bros Construction, Inc.

MG Bros Construction, Inc. has just completed a complex redevelopment of a single family home for me. They were hired after we fired our original general contractor for failure to perform. The walked onto a partially completed job site, performed a very detailed forensic analysis of the work that was performed and reviewed the plans to determine what was needed to complete. Greg [redacted], the owner, took personal responsibility. He is professional and direct. He provided us with a budget and time frame and delivered on time and under budget. He was onsite every day. He dealt with each problem in a very timely manner. He isn't one to let grass grow under his feet. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. If there was a problem, he corrected it or had it corrected. He was on top of all of his works and his subcontractors. We were fleeced by our original GC and MG Bros Construction, our final GC really delivered. They are the real deal. This was a large, high end, spec home on the North Shore that required attention to detail and a level of perfection that was provided by Greg each day. We will use him again on our next home. I recommend him without qualification.
