MG Roof Construction

Review: The company (owner Mark G[redacted] took upon itself to do the following work in my house. a)To repair the roof in the house.b)To install a new venting system.c)To provide a warranty for 15 years.The work was finished on September 9 (and I paid for it in full on September 14) but the venting system was not installed. I was told that the new gutters were installed in order to compensate for the lack of a venting system. After the payment was made I was told by Mr. G[redacted] that the warranty would be ready in a couple of days. As of today, October 7, I did not receive any warranty from the MG Roof Construction despite of my numerous reminders and requests. Actually, during the last ten days I was unable to reach Mr. Glick by phone and was leaving messages on the answering machines: he never called me back.In the meanwhile, it turned out that the gutter leaf guards are missing (were not installed), a drainage pipe should be fixed and a piece of roof cover was not attached properly. I included this info in the messages but there was no reaction from Mr Glick's side.Desired Settlement: What I want is a promised warranty and to get fixed the things mentioned above.
