We will ship the Culture Swabs to Mr*** if he can provide an address other than the Saran Medical CenterPlease note that we will ship this product, one time, as an exception to our policies which have been clearly statedAs stated in our previous response, MG Scientific did ship the swabs to the Saran Medical Center which is why he was charged for the purchaseThe order and shipment was processed with the understanding the Mr*** was employed by the medical center, not knowing that he was a patient misrepresenting himselfSaran Medical refused the swabs and sent them back to MG ScientificWe cannot refund the charge as we cannot resell this product for reasons stated in our previous responseAgain, if Mr*** can provide an address other than the Saran Medical Center we will ship him the swabs as an exception.We hope that we have answered all of your questions in as thorough a manner as possibleIf you require any further explanation, please do not hesitate to contact me.Regards,

M G scientific is trying to create a three ring circus here and take away from the fact that they refuse to ship the item to Dr*** or to refund meThey want to keep the culture swabs and make me may for it.These
culture swabs were a gift for Dr.*** and not for Ms***How
can be a purchasing agent when I am not profitting from itI am paying
for it out of my own pocket because I am a kind personI thought this
product would benefit Dr***'s practice because it gives more
accurate bacterial culture results versus the swabs that they use in their practice so it would benefit his patients.It is a win/win situation.They use dry culture swabs which are worthlessThese culture swabs that I ordered come with a gel that helps bacteria to survive for up to hours before reaching the labI simply
wanted to give this as a gift and since they don't want to accept the
gift, I can't help it and frankly I am shockedSince the culture swabs have not been shipped and
are in the hands of MG scientific , MG Scientific has no justification

In response your inquiry regarding a purchase of culture swabs received from a Mr*** ***MG Scientific has a clear policy that states that we are a business to business merchant and do not sell to individualsThis is clearly stated on our website and was clearly stated to Mr

I have searched our database for payments using your name or your...

email [redacted] but I cannot locate any related transactions. We use a 3rd party system on checkout (PayPal for all transactions) and rarely (but it does happen) their system doesn't send us a particular payment. We email invoices with all transactions.Do you happen to have a copy of your invoice available? Or do you have any other information that would help me to locate this payment. Did you use another email, or it's under someone else's credit card or account?
