As I did the estimate with *** ***, I suggested to him that we should go over the grass area to bring dirt into the backyard instead of going over the drivewayHe insisted for us to go over the driveway because he did not want to ruin the grass that looked nice on that side area, so we went
over the driveway. The asphalt had a ledge to it as it went to the backyardI told *** *** I would build a ramp with his bluestone pebble, but I could not guarantee it wouldnt crack, or be held responsible if it didHe told us to use that area only to go into backyard. When we were pulling pipe for his sprinkler system, he told my employee (I was there also) where he could pull the pipe through the ground and that there was no wire thereHe was wrong, and the wire was not buried the 18inches to code, and we hit it several times.As for not getting back to him; we did the job on Thursday 4/**/He called my cell phone that night and left a message saying "this is ***, we have a problem"The previous day I had done a job for *** *** of *** ***, and because *** *** did not specify any other information, I assumed it was *** *** because the message sounded like him, and called him back instead of *** ***Friday 4/**/15, the next day, *** *** called my office and spoke to my secretary at around 10amMy foreman, ***, who did most of the job called him back that day and was there the following day, Saturday 4/**/to trench in a new electric line, even though it was not his responsibility; as *** *** showed us as we were doing the job where he wanted us to pull lines. My foreman repaired the damage for *** *** the day after he called. *** ***

I stand by my original statementI suggested we go over the grass to bring the dirt inHe disagreed and insisted we use the driveway, and that is what we didMy employees and I tried to cause as little disturbance to the property as possibleHowever I learned a long time ago that you cant please everybody

As I stated in the complaint that ** *** did not want to go over my grass due to leaving deep tracks in the lawn and ensured me nothing would happen to the driveway other than some dirt tracks the would go away after a week or so with hosing down do therefore his response if and said nothing to that affect actually he said the absolute opposite ensuring me it would be fineSo therefore he his a liar performs poor quality work the job that was done was not what he promoted in no way at all.so my response to his response is he is a liar
