Review: My wife and I had our accounts banned for ,"attempt to benefit from the results of hack are also bannable and I've decided to delete the irresponsible minds from the game."

And when I asked for proof the game master answering the customer inquiries said,"You words can't be a viable proof on this matter.

Anybody can say what you've said in defense and trust me, many have.

We make judgements based on our logs and it will remain that way.

I'm very sorry but your case has been long closed and there will be no reconsideration.

The only suggestion I can give is that you consult "that person" you are referring to and request a compensation for your losses.

Your remaining accounts are bannable for the offense you've made to the game. To our company, you are marked as a game abuser."

That is completely offensive to my wife and I who have been playing five or more years. We met playing threw playing this game and this is how we are repayed? We have been loyal during the times there was no customer support and right when the company actually starts taking action, they ban the innocent because he thinks they are "irresponsible minds".

With absolutly no compliance to there own agreements they have with the consumers playing the game. If you take a look at the rules of conduct you will see there list does not include the reasons why me and my wife were banned. For example: 14. Attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmission to or from the servers running the Games. There is no proof of this and he even said that in the inquiry. I have the inquiry still for proof as well. I wouldn't even be so upest about a game except for the fact that we spent actually money on our accounts and they are just deleted by being banned for something we didn't do. Also we are being labeled as game abusers to there company. Also not being able to contact the actual company too. There are two locations posted online and both of them don't have working phones.. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the money we've spent back only, We do not wish to continue using these services just from the disrespect and unfair treatment from this company. Since we can't talk to them directly this is the next best thing before we look around to see if we could possibly do something about this with the laws. If our accounts are unbanned we might be able to continue reusing but at this point it doesn't look like that would be enough since we never get any compensation for the time wasted on this game, trying to contact someone within the company etc.

Review: The company Mgame usa simply doesn't tend to consumers needs. Not only I, but the players are having technical issues with the game. There bugs, glitch's, players hacking etc and there is no longer a place to report problems or players breaking rules. The Game Masters have not been seen in the game in months and the 1:1 inquiry service no longer works. They tried fixing some bugs in a re upload of the game client, but the link to download it doesn't even work. There are constant random maintenance that the players are not aware of and doing so they are automatically disconnected and not able to re log sometimes after it because there characters becomes stuck on the server and doesn't reconnect properly. There is absolutely no communication between the company and it's customers. The website used to log in doesn't alert of us of anything except maintenance (sometimes). If you look at the general discussion portion of the forums you will see all the players complaints and problems they are having since the inquiry service no longer works. This is a major unsatisfactory and inconvenience for many players and customers.Desired Settlement: For them to simply acknowledge the issues and establish better communication with the players. At least show that you see what we are complaining about and are trying to do something about it. We feel extremely neglected. Also perhaps some extra events or something to show that you value us and are trying to make things better.
