Review: Two boxes were dropped off at the UPS Retail Store at [redacted], for shipment to Florida. Upon opening the two boxes, January [redacted], immediately saw the boxes had been opened, expensive merchandise stolen, re-taped with excessive tape and the merchandise left inside had been thrown around and tampered with.Immediately called the UPS Retail store and the gentleman I dealt with was not in. Was told to send pictures which I did and I would get a call next day, Friday am. It is now, February [redacted] and not one word from the [redacted] after numerous messages and calls to the store.Shortly after the incident, learned the gentleman I dealt with is no longer with the store. The [redacted] is totally unprofessional and non compliant or trust worthy.I did everything I was instructed to do and what did the store and [redacted] do with my pictures etc.? Also every time, I called the store, a different person was now the [redacted] and it appears the help changes very frequently. Have names of all personnel if necessary. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want a call from the [redacted], full investigation and full financial reimbursement for my stolen personal property, the extensive strain this has taken on me physically and emotionally due to the lack of cooperation from the [redacted] of the franchise. Due to the fact this is a franchise and UPS Corporate takes no responsibility, there has been an incredible amount of time spent on this situation with police reports, UPS follow up etc.
