I received a call about a Loan that was owed for the amount of $600.00 I made the arrangement to pay off the balance which I did 4 months ago. Today I saw another charge for $300.00 from the same company. Now they will not return my calls and advise me that the amount was refunded to my account I am left with nothing in my account at the moment. DO NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THIS " COMPANY"

I received a call from an UNKNOWN number.( that's what showed up on my phone). Upon listening to my messages the caller [redacted] stated he was calling from MGS & Associates in reference to a payday loan that I took out on January 2012. There was no specific date and didn't leave a last name just [redacted] , he could be reached at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I notice that this company is on Alert with Revdex.com. [redacted] indicated the loan was for $400.00 and they were willing to set up a payment arrangement to be deducted from a Visa, Mastercard etc... [redacted] stated I could set up a payment arrangement to clear the bill. Is this a legitimate business and should I make these arrangements to pay.
