I will never give my business to this company and will warn everyone else I know about them tooSeriously outrageous pricing and rude, high pressure sales tacticsLong story short, I was quoted $24,for a project that could probably be done for just 20% of that!! I should have been tipped off when the first thing the fast talking guy on the phone asked me was whether I was married and if the other person would be thereNone of your business The sales rep showed up the next day on timeHe promptly started asking personal questions which had nothing to do with the bathroom remodel (I believe he was sizing me up), so I asked if we could just stick to the business at hand and cut the ***He also gave us a list containing what he claimed were six happy customersHe wanted us to call each one while he measured and ask them about their experiencesHe said he would take $off for each person we called for a total of $offI did not call these people, and I believe this tactic is asinineHe measured the bathroom, compiled some info in his car, and then sat with us in the dining room to start going over things By this point, it had probably been at least minutes, but we still didn't get down to businessI then had to sit through a very tedious 20-minute slideshow presentation about how they do business, why they're better, why everyone else is not good, why going with a lower bidder isn't smartetcI asked several times if we could skip this and look at materials and start the estimate because my time was limitedHis absurd response was, "I don't go to where you work and tell you how to do your job." We finally get through all this [redacted] so I can start explaining what I want doneI also got to see the materialsI wasn't particularly impressed with what they had, but I picked the most acceptable items Finally, we get to the end$24,000!!! $24,for a simple shower and a new, standard-sized vanity with two sinksThat's criminal, and the company should be ashamed! They weren't even high-end materials! He also told me he could not provide me with an itemized list of everything, but was able to tell me that the shower portion was just under $grand meaning they were charging me well over $grand for just a new vanity and sinks! To top it off, he started trying to switch me to financing and said if we signed up now and paid, they could start at the end of July (almost two months from now) I feel sorry for the people this company rips off, but I'm thankful I am not one of themThey will never get my business!

ReBath just installed a shower replacing a tub/shower area The installation took two short days and was done exactly as presented by the salesman It has a corner seat, handy shelves positioned as we chose, two hand bars, shower head that can be hand held The installer was efficient and skilled and cleaned up the area very well each day We are very happy with the finished area and impressed with the professionalism every step of the process

Was given misinformation about product at time of sales pitchWas shown a sample of what product going to be, and it didn't give the same results
On 1/21/*** *** (Re-Bath Rep) came to my home for a free estimate on the bath tub remodelingWe went to the bathroom and showed him the issueHe made a video of the bathroom and proceeded with his sales pitchHe then showed the video of our bathroom and a small video about the companyAt this point we had to reschedule to resume on 1/25/due to insufficient time When he came the 2nd time he proceeded to tell us about the company and productHe showed samples of the materials they use and how its a better product than what is usually bought at a hardware storeWhen it came to the sliding glass doors there were options of clear, frosted or treated with a water repellentHe showed a sample of a red liquid in two small jars held side by sideOne side the red liquid would stick to the glass, the other would just slide of leav

I want to share a communication I had with an owner of Rebath TucsonI was not satisfied with her response to my issues with the comppany after purchasing a bath to shower conversion with themI wrote the following on April 30th:
Dear Ms***,
I wanted to contact you to give some feedback on my recent experience purchasing a tub to shower conversion from your companyI was already familiar with your product as we had a shower redone with your company years agoI have to say I have been more than satisfied with your product from that projectIt is the biggest reason I chose your company for this current project
While I love your product I really do not care for the way you sell itTo sit through a hour presentation on your company is tedious and unnecessaryThis project cost me $and I did expect all pricing to be itemized and was told that was not possibleI ordered under a promotion of 1/off labor and was given $offI do not believe the labor on this job was only $To get an additional amount off I was required to call previous customers to see if they were happy with the productThis was patently ridiculousIf you can offer a further discount your company should just do so without all this game playing
During the presentation I was shown a dramatic presentation of a shower door coating and how it would repel all water and basically make my shower door maintenance freeI did not have a shower door installed on the first project years ago so had no prior experience with thisI did order the coated doorWhile all other aspects of the current installed shower are wonderful the clear glass door does not live up to it's billingI use a squeegee after each use and it still has water spots and streaks all over the door
The salesperson for this job was RamonAlthough I told him when I would make a decision by, he called daily while I was getting other estimates and trying to make a decision which I did not appreciateThen he said he would be here at the end of the install day which was the middle of February to be sure everything was okayHe never showed and I never heard from him until the end of March when he called at 7:pm one evening, said he was right outside my home and wanted to come in to see the showerI told him noIt was creepy to say the leastHe then showed up at the door with no prior phone call again just last week and asked again to see the showerAnother resident of the house let him inHis behavior is extremely rude, unprofessional and disturbing
It is my hope that all these issues can be addressedAs I have said, you have a very good product overall, even if it is more expensive than other companiesBut for the prices you charge the above issues should never be happening
Ms *** responded that she would address the issues with the salesperson and thanked me for my inputShe made no offer to give me an itemized receipt, did not address how 1/off installation was only $300.00, or offer to check to be sure I had indeed received a treated shower door or why I may be experiencing an issue with my door that had been promoted as maintainence freeI think this company has very poor customer service overall, very aggressive sales people who are not truthful about the company's product and dubious sales practicesI will not be using them again nor can I recommend anyone else does either

I feel sorry for the people this company rips off, but I'm thankful I am not one of themThey will never get my business!

The job was to remove an old and deteriorating fiberglass shower enclosure and replace it with a new enclosure with new plumbing fixtures and a glass shower doorTime was a constraint because the enclosure was in a rental house and I needed the work done quickly in time for the new tenantHaving read ReBath reviews on the internet I was somewhat reluctant to call them and request an estimateUnfortunately for Tucson there are few contractors who can quickly perform this type of work and have it done right the first timeI say this because I am a retired engineer and have done a number of bathroom and kitchen remodels and would have performed the task myself if I had more timeI was also knowledgeable as to potential problems in the bathroom that might have to be addressed during the installationI had even gone as far as to look at replacement shower enclosures at Home Depot and Lowes but was not happy with their quality and overall appearanceThey all resembled the old shower enclosure that I would be removing
The salesman's presentation was as described in previous ReBath reviewsThe reason for the salesman wishing to have your wife present and asking "personal" questions is for him to get a feel for what you, the customer, is looking forAs it turned out I was glad my wife was present during the sales pitch because her choice of finishes resulted in a beautiful new enclosure that went well with the existing bathroom finishesRemember men, if your wife is not happy with the end result, you will never hear the end of itI kind of knew how much the materials, labor, etcshould have cost and was blown away by the salesman's estimateIt was double as to what I had calculated! We none the less accepted the estimate and scheduled a time to begin the work
The installation was quoted to take two days and it was done on scheduleDuring the installation I periodically checked in on the installer to see what problems he was encountering and how he was addressing these problemsHe ended up having to 1) correct structural problems between the existing bathroom walls and the new enclosure2) remove and replace the existing copper pipe supplying cold water to the shower faucet, and 3) remove, relocate, and replace the P-trap drain located underneath the shower so that the P-trap would line up with the new enclosure's drain. The only hiccup was that the shower door, being a custom-sized door, had to be measured for, fabricated, and installed AFTER the enclosure was installedThis work added an additional ten days to the final completion dateDuring these ten days ReBath installed a temporary shower curtain so that the new tenant could use the showerAll of these unexpected problems that occurred during the installation could have been a potential delay in the projectWhat impressed me was that the installer had seen these types of problems before, was knowledgeable as to how to correct them, and had the parts and materials in his work trailerThere was no need to go running off to the hardware store
Overall my wife and I were very happy with the end resultThe decorative panels used by ReBath resulted in a shower enclosure that looks fantastic when compared to the typical fiberglass or composite resin shower enclosures on sale at Home Depot or LowesYes, the enclosure was costly but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for" and in this case I paid for a very high quality product that was installed to my very demanding standards
