Thanks for speaking with me earlier regarding my complaint # [redacted] filed yesterday against MGI Financial Services LLC As per our conversation, please update the status of my claim based on the following information I dialed the phone number ###-###-#### which is the number listed for MGI Financial Services on the Revdex.com website and was successful in getting through to Customer Service and the manager of their escalation team with whom I've previously spoken to My conversation concluded with me receiving an email stating a zero balance for my account with it being noted that I should also be receiving a hard copy letter of the same be mailed to me I anticipate this will resolve my complaint with MGI Financial Services LLC and that no further statements with an outstanding balance or collections efforts will be made against me I will follow up with you in regards to the hard copy confirmation of a zero balance on my account once received
