I just purchased a vehicle from MGI Motors. This was by far the the best and easiest car buying process Ive ever had.
[redacted] and [redacted] are very professional and customer oriented to make the car buying process simple and fast.
I was looking at a few cars on their website and did an online application. They were able to secure financing and called me within a few hours with an approval. I went in to check out the cars I was interested in and took a test drive.
I knew I needed to have this car. With my challenged credit they got me a very good deal and worked with me with the down payment.
I will definitely be back and I have already referred some friends and family.
This is a small car dealership who put the customer first.

Review: I brote the car and drove it 200 miles. It was a hot day so I tryed the air conditioning it didn't work so I tuck back. He told me to go get it fix and he will help pay for it. So I took it to a shop who fix it. But he also look over the car. He found thay the car need breaks, I had him look at the car check engine light The code came up that the cadillac converter was bad, and he dont know how it pass smog. He must had pass it on anthony car. I go Firestone for my breaks and to for my cadillac converter.Desired Settlement: Breaks and cadillac converter $650 for breaks, breaks only have 30% thats 20% lower then the law the law is 50% The Cat is 750.00 totle 1,400

We received a complaint regarding [redacted] (ID: [redacted]) stating that she wants $1400 in repairs for her vehicle. I'm afraid to say that vehicle in question was sold to her in "AS IS" condition. At the time of sale we explained to her that the vehicle is "AS IS" and she also signed a legal document stating that any mechanical problems would have to be taken care of by her. At the time of sale we also offered her a warranty by a third party but she declined it. Even though we were not entitled to take care of her A/C, we fixed her A/C free of charge. We also offered to help her with her costs of the brakes but she declined.
