Review: I paid for a hotel room on 2-15-14, It was paid for on my debit card same day, $364 was taken for payment on that day. I needed to cancel the booking for the room, on 5-6-14 I cancelled the room on cancellation# [redacted] . My account should have been credited back the $365 taken for the room purchase. I called and they stated it would take up to 21 days for my money to be credited back to me. The money was taken from a debit account not a credit card account, return of the money to a debit account has no delay per my [redacted] Branch Manager, as soon as the funds are sent via EFT. They show no pending funds on my account at the [redacted]. They do not have it posted anywhere that refunds will take up to 21 days to process. Not to mention this was not a credit card purchase this was a debit card purchase.I feel they are holding my money for no good reason except to collect the interest and to inconvenience the customer. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: refund my account immediately
