I am rejecting this response because: E-mail: [email protected] Revdex.com of Northeast California Beacon BlvdWest Sacramento, CA 95691- May 3, RE: Complaint ID: (MGM Limousine, LLC) To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to the message I received on 5/3/from MGM Limousine, LLC via the Revdex.com in regards to Complaint ID: First of all I would like to acknowledge the unprofessional written slander attack MGM Limousine has launched against myself (*** ***, the bride)I am absolutely disgusted with the accusations of intoxication MGM Limousine has tried to pin on myself, as well as my wedding guestsThis is defamation of character and I absolutely will not stand for itIn addition to, I would like to highlight the response MGM has submitted is extremely difficult to read given the copious amount of grammatical and spelling errors they have written As mentioned in our original letter, the sole reason for our complaint is the safety of our guests was severely compromised by MGM LimousineI would like to take a moment to rebuttal a few disturbing fabricated statements MGM has listed in their response below: 1. Per MGM Limousine: “We provided one passenger bus, one passenger party bus for the group.” Again as mentioned in my original letter: “we rented (2) 56-passenger coach buses to be used as a shuttle for our wedding guests and MGM's party bus for our wedding party on 2/18/2017.” It is clearly stated MGM has documented written confirmation in their response that they only provided (1) 56-passenger coach on 2/18/when we paid for (2) 56-passenger coach buses (receipts included)I am demanding an immediate refund for (1) 56-passenger coach bus in the amount of $1,that was never provided as MGM confirmed above2. Per MGM Limousine: “The bridal group was on the party bus, As soon as they got on the bus, the group was totally waisted, drunkThey started drinking more and more, where they were uncontrollableThey were dancing on the bus, while the driver was driving, told many times to seat down its unsafe while car is in motion, they did not fallow any of did rules given by the driver, and continued to do whatever they wantedThey broke glasses, trade out the party bus completelyThey had even vomit inside the bus all over the seats inside glasses, it was a mass, They were so drunk out of control drunkThey were under the influence of so much alcohol where the bride even lost her phone, Marriage certificate.” The bridal party MGM is referring to in this statement consisted of the bride, adult bridesmaids 21+ years of age, JrBridesmaids under the age of one of which is (including their mother 40+) and mother of the bride 50+The bridal party was transported to the catholic church completely sober (including the underage children), where the wedding ceremony took placeThis just proves the falsified allegations MGM has made against myself and my wedding guests and that underage children would be intoxicated illegally, let alone participating in a Catholic wedding ceremony intoxicatedPlease feel free to reach out to *** *** *** *** at St*** *** Church in Sacramento, CA directly, to obtain confirmation of the sober condition the entire wedding party arrived to the ceremony in if you require further evidenceThe fact that MGM would say they were transporting intoxicated children is absolutely repugnant and such a vile claim3. Per MGM Limousine: “They were under the influence of so much alcohol where the bride even lost her phone, Marriage certificateWe had to give that to her after the weddingSince she didn't even remembered she just lost her marriage certificate she just got marriedThis was on the party bus issues from the bridal group.” My marriage certificate was held in possession of St*** *** Church in Sacramento, CA until I came to pick it up in person at their location on 2/22/as evidenced by the signature and date of the county clerkThe marriage license is a notarized legal document that cannot be alteredAlso, to address the lie that the “bride lost her phone.” My phone was stored in a garment bag housed and locked in the church and reception venue bridal party roomI had no access to a cell phone the entire dayThese claims are again pure fabrication on MGM’s part and I am embarrassed to even have to explain myself in this situation4. Per MGM Limousine: “Now moving forward with the large bus where it was scheduled to shuttle the guestsDriver had fallowed the exact itinerary that was providedGuests wanted to control the bus driver, and told her to go this way that way, Driver said I am fallowing my GPS system, they assisted her to fallow there orderDriver was fallowing the rules from the guestsThe directions that was given from them, got them lost, by taking the wrong exitShe is a commercial driver over years of experienceShe knows how to drive and navigate a bus.” If my wedding guests were so intoxicated, inebriated, and vomiting profusely how could they have provided the driver directions as MGM has claimed? Again as mentioned in my original letter, none of our guests were from the Sacramento or surrounding and had no idea where they were going directionallyI apologize for being repetitive but when is it ok for the clients to navigate a hired professional driving a coach bus? NeverThat is absolutely UNACCEPTABLEWe paid MGM to safely transport our guests not the guests to guide MGMThe driver was not prepared for the services we paid for and did not know how to get to the location specified several months in advanceThe route to the wedding reception is very straightforward on Iand again I mention the driver did not know where they were going and did not take IOur wedding guests were in grave danger and compromised safety with an unprofessional and ill-prepared driver who almost slipped off the road in an accidentConclusively, we have proven all written statements by MGM as and stand by our original request for a full monetary refundWith that being said, due to continuous non-admission of safety issues, breach of contracted services (most importantly not providing (1) 56-passenger coach that we paid for in full), slanderous claims resulting in defamation of character, blatant lies and accusations, we will be proceeding in filing a lawsuit with small claims court to rectify the situation if a full refund is not received within business days of receipt of this letterPlease feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or require any additional informationI can be reached by phone at ***Sincerely, *** ***

Review: 22 PEOPLE MISSED THE WEDDING CEREMONY OF TWO OF OUR BEST FRIENDSRecommended by a friends coworker and he gave us a discount when I booked, but when 20 of us got on the party bus we instantly started sweating. The air conditioning didn't work. It cooled down because we opened the windows, and at that time I thought "we got what we paid for".However, IT GETS WORSE. The driver said the venue wasn't showing up in his GPS, so I offered him directions we had saved on one of the guests phone. He said "no I found it" and I stated that I prefer he follows the ones I had, but he denied my request. We were checking our phones in the back to see where he was going and the estimated time arrival only got longer. When brought this to his attention, smoke started coming out of the air conditioning vents so we had to evacuate the bus. He said it was probably the breaks, making us even more late for the wedding.Once he finally agreed to take OUR directions, he said he was out of gas. We had to STOP TO GET GAS. When I spoke to the owner he said "I didn't realize Iselton was so far away so I didn't tel him to fill up." I inqurired "Why didn't you check the distance before you quoted me?" ALSO I told him when I booked it it would be no more than a 1.5 hour drive. (The limo drive home took less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. They gave us a different limo for the ride home).Guests contacted him the day after the wedding and he said he would refund 1/2 of the payment. When I contacted ( as many of the other guests on the bus did) he said he would only refund me $100, and that "life happens." He also tried to BLAME ME FOR THE BUS GETTING LOST!!!!! SO SO SO UPSET. DO NOT use this service, especially if it is for a special life event that is not worth missing. 22 best friends of the couple missed their entire cermoney and finally arrived over ahn hour late.

They asked me to refund them back $325.00 which I agreed but under one condition that they will remove all the complains from Revdex.com and Yelp and they agreed. Next day we got more complains from them so at this point I will not refund anything back because they broke their promise. When they made the reservation I gave them discount plus they wanted to make additional 2 stops and I went and did it without charging them extra, plus they went 1 our over time and the limo came back it was so trashed out and dirty I didn't charge extra for cleaning fee. There just not happy I did all this thinks there still not happy no matter what you do for this people there just never gone be happy.

Andre did not contact me this past Monday as stated, nor did I agree to take down my posts. We deny a refund on these terms and will keep up our yelp posts and this Revdex.com complaint. If that means no refund, so be it. We do not want this to happen to anyone else and would like to help people avoid this terrible customer service.

We did leave items on the bus that drove us there. The driver dropped us off in the middle of Highway 160 instead of the proper parking lot. He said he was going to turn around and come back so we could remove the belongings. He never returned, but drove off instead.

We were provided with a different limousine for the ride home which we left no items on. On our drive home we saw the bus we originally road on abandoned on the side of the road in Iselton area.

He also cannot charge us for the items left on the bus because that was not in the contract. Below is an excerpt from the contract of what he was able to charge us for. No where does it include trash or belongings left on the bus:

"Client agrees to the following charges to be charged to their credit card should damages occur during this charter. Scratches or damage to the bar which result in resurfacing bar: $550.00. Smears or scuff marks to upholstery: $100.00-$500.00. Should any guest(s) smoke within the vehicle: $500.00. No eating food; to extract food odors: $150.00. Broken glass: $15.00. Broken decanter: $75.00. Should any guest(s) vomit in the vehicle: $600.00.Please note that there is a $500.00 replacement charge for any damage to the EMERGENCY EXIT. It is not a SUNROOF."

We do not accept this proposed resolution, but understand that the owner will not refund for the problems that were caused by his service. We will keep our complaints and Yelp posts up as we believe that is fair for how we have been treated in this process.

I had a conversation with them on Monday. They asked me to refund them $325.00 and I agreed to do so, but I asked them to remove all the complains from the web sit they had posted and they agreed with me that they will remove everything. Our agreement was that they will remove the complain and I will mail them the check. but next day I saw more complains from them, and there telling me that they were waiting for the check when they posted more comments and broke their promises to remove all the complains. And also they trashed the hole limo which I didnt see it till tuesday and I was even suppose to charge for cleaning fee which I didnt after all this I told them I will refund the $325.00 but they wont do what there suppose to do. And again like I said they need to remove all the complains before I will mail them a check back
