MGM National Harbor

Hi, almost six months ago I went to MGM NATIONAL HARBOR to enjoy myself and have a good time. It was April 22, 2018 when I decided to enter the casino a proceed to the blackjack table to gamble. At table number *** where there was four players playing including myself, who was occupying the the fourth seat at the table. The dealer there misdealt the hand, and violated rules and regulations of Maryland lottery gaming control agency. Laws that were put in place by the government for not only the people/consumer/customer to follow but the casino as well. The MLGCA is suppose to be there to make sure this casino mgm is been operated in compliance and correct. This MLGCA who we as customers also pay our tax dollars to are also suppose to protect the consumer from things like this which they fail to due. The dealer backed up a card which in against casino policy, and he violated rules and regulation. Now there are steps to take and rules to follow when a hand is misdealt, but because this hand was going to cause mgm casino $370,000 they fail to follow rules and regulations laws put in place by our government and in doing so it costed me 370,000 which was not fair to me and very bad customer service in their part.
