Review: I went in and bought a vape pen and it overheating and the cashier refuse to exchange or refund my money. I show him that it was getting hot to the touch even when not in use. He made me wait in the store for and hour refusing to talk to me about the issue. He just simply states that the vape pen suppose to be doing that. When I was shopping there, the cashier was selling other product that was designed for wax smoking and he didn't even check identification on young customers while selling them tobacco products.Desired Settlement: Please investigate underage selling of tobacco product and other product that are designed specifically for other things than tobacco.

Business states that they clearly have a sign posted stating that there is a no refund policy. Consumer initially had a legitimate issue with the battery and product was exchanged accordingly. A week after consumer comes in a little excited stating his vape pen was overheating. Business inspected the pen and found no issues with its performance. Consumer then started acting and behaving irrationally. Business was at the point of contacting the authorities. Business initially provided an exchange as a courtesy to the customer, unfortunately his second request was and will remain denied.
