Review: [redacted], the property manager at MGP EState LLC is a slumlord. After repeatedly contacting the landlord of my business for an entire month via emails, phone calls (can't leave a message because the voicemail is ALWAYS full), and text messages regarding the broken AC at my business. He is unresponsive. But never has a problem cashing the rent checks. This business is a sham operation. NEVER rent anything or do ANY business with [redacted] of MGP Estate LLC of Richmond, VA.Desired Settlement: Repair the AC at my business so I don't continue to lose revenue by having to close my shop early every day. To repay for the loss of revenue & product costs lost due to the heat.Or even just respond and fix this problem.
