Despite all of the horrible reviews on facebook, google, and trustpilot, I decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt and order a $1500 couch online with them. Sometimes only the irate consumers complain, and they seemed like a legitimate business.

I know better now, 6 days after placing my order and repeatedly asking when it would be shipped, I was notified that my $$ was refunded as they made an error in inventory. How does this happen when I spoke to a rep first, ordered off their site, and had to proactively reach out after 6 days of the order status being unchanged.

Completely ridiculous, and now an additional week without a sofa for me.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER EMAIL BOUNCES AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE AND WILL CHARGE YOU $136 SHIPPING AND RESTOCK FOR SOMETHING THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE.

DO NOT BUY.

Company sent twin sized product, not queen. I couldn't have known as the confirmation email was very vague. Now they want me to pay return fee.

When the package arrived on Friday, Feb 21 I could tell it was too small. I had ordered a queen adjustable bed frame but received a twin. I called customer service immediately and was told that the queen was no longer available. I commented that the specifications for the queen were still on the website but that the drop-down menu to choose "Queen" was now gone. *** denied there had been a drop-down menu. I said that regardless of that, I knew what I ordered and it was not what a received. He emailed me an alternative, saying on the phone that if I didn't want either item, I could send it back.
Now that we are working via email, he has been insisting I pay $150 to return ship the item but he has failed more than once to send me the shipping label, explain how shipping works, or explain why shipping is so expensive. I do not understand why I should have to pay for the return shipping as their policy states they will pay shipping if the fault is theirs. Also, if shipping was initially $7.99, it should not cost $150 to ship it back. I feel I'm being taken advantage of by this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see Fantastic Deals improve their confirmation emails to state size, color, model, and perhaps include an image so that others can cancel immediately if they are not getting what they think they've ordered. I would like a refund for any payment I end up making to return this product. I would like it if, following the return of my money, I never hear from this company again.

Thank you to Revdex.com for mediating. After my complaint was opened, FantasticDeals.com reached out to me via email, as well as here, to let me know they were having website/dealer issues. I've been given a full refund at this time. While I offered to await a shipping label and return the item, FantasticDeals.com has asked that I simply keep the incorrect item. I consider this claim closed. I have learned a valuable lesson. Thank you

Got wrong order, avoided question about getting refund, told me to open package to get picture of product, told me they didnt take open items, RUDE
Order a *** product with misleading advertisement. Asked politely for refund and they avoided the question and asked me to OPEN the package to get pictures then told me they dont take back open or used items. Item was wrong color and cheaply made and not at all what was advertised. They also were very rude and sarcastic I have pictures of there a place to insert them in this complaint.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for my chaeplily made and also incorrect and misleading product

Hi - I understand your frustration that you are not happy about your purchase. We clearly mentioned and have photos in our website that it is a Vanity Mirror not the whole Vanity. However, we only accept unopened and unused item as we mentioned in our policy. Even our supplier will not accept opened item from the original packaging. We do apologize for the inconvenience

I got the wrong order and was told to open the package to get pictures and then was told about the policy. You would think if I was given the wrong color or was this unsatisfied with a product that the compamy would do the Wright thing, especially after being rude to me.

We treat all our customer with respect and try to resolve every issue however, in this matter we cannot help you further because the original package was opened an unboxed. The supplier will reject this for return.

You people DO NOT have respect and I have the pictures to prove it. I was given THE WRONG ORDER and ripped off beyond belief. I OPENED THE PACKAGE BECUASE I WAS TOLD TO. another one of this "companies"sneaky ways of screwing people out of their money.
