Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a habitual liar and he has proved that over and over in both his two last responses as well as a few exchanged text messages we hadI can prove his lies with some text messages savedYou can also see he has low ratings on other review and ratings sitesAt this point my only option is to take him to court as my attorneys have advised and show that he had a breach of contract after waiting days for him to show up and repair the units he never completed in the first placeOur attorneys sent him the letter on August 31, and we have a copy if Revdex.com would like to see it Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I was hired to install two, five ton condensing units, each with four indoor evaporator head units into two rooms he built in his basement; labor cost would be $2,000.00. [redacted] informed me he was providing all equipment and parts to complete the installation, in an effort to save money. [redacted]...

purchased line sets that were too short. I informed him that I would need to get the correct length line sets, which he agreed to.  He also agreed to the purchase of two pads to set the outside units on. The cost of these parts was $1,123.00. At the time I completed the installation, [redacted] had not yet arranged for electrical hook up.  I gave him my Invoice for $3,123.00 which he signed off as work completed and paid in full.  I had every intension of returning to the job once the electrical was done to ensure everything was in working order. When [redacted] contacted me on Friday August 18, 2017; I attempted to schedule my return follow-up for Thursday, August 24, 2017 which was the earliest I could get there. He was aware from the beginning that I would be out of town for a short period of time and that school (college) would be starting up.  When I wasn't able to get there immediately to check out the situation, he became unhappy and began sending me threating text messages about getting someone else to look at it and contacting his attorney. I told him that if he brought in another contractor it would void my labor warranty. He replied "I am not concerned about your warranty. Let's just leave things the way they are and I'll finish the job with someone else." and "If you have any other concerns, please contact my attorney..." He made the choice to get someone else to look at it resulting in additional costs to him due to his impatience. I have no intension of refunding any money for the parts I had to purchase or my labor that was agreed on and signed off by him as the job was completed. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a habitual liar and he has proved that over and over in both his two last responses as well as a few exchanged text messages we had. I can prove his lies with some text messages saved. You can also see he has low ratings on other review and ratings sites. At this point my only option is to take him to court as my attorneys have advised and show that he had a breach of contract after waiting 30 days for him to show up and repair the units he never completed in the first place. Our attorneys sent him the letter on August 31, 2017 and we have a copy if Revdex.com would like to see it.
Sincerely,

The customer's original complaint indicated that he already had a contractor work on the unit.  This voided any warranty he would have had with us. If he lied on his Revdex.com complaint then he is at fault. Again, this would have already been solved had he accepted the original scheduled appointment of August 24th which was the earliest I could have been there.  At no time did I give a "72 hour" time limit, I always have to work with my schedule. He did not request the checks not be cashed until after he rejected the appointment date. They had already been cashed to pay for the parts I had to buy. It was not my fault he bought the wrong ones. At this point based on the previous and current threats, slanderous comments and lies he continues to make; he will just continue to reject any response we make through this channel. His threatening actions make it unadvisable for me to go back to this job.
