We initiated a phone call to resolve this with client and was hung up on and not allowed to communicate to really explain that MGR does not guarantee any work for we are not in charge of who gets picked for these jobs this client was on multiple auditions with our company and was not picked as well as still under an active contract this comes at a surprise for she has been actively going on auditions it is not our fault she does not get picked for these jobs also our contract is for a one-year term which she has neglected to finish we will result in termination of our agreement there will be absolutely no refund of the website and Technology fee as well as that as an advertising service and has nothing to do with our contracts

The other money concerning modeling is an agency fee which is non-refundableWe reserve the right to do business with whoever we choose we have the right to terminate contracts at any time on the basis of *** gross in her verbally abusive Behavior towards our company as well as her insults which resulted in terminationwe do not guarantee any work of her claim of audition process is nothing is guaranteed which most people would be thankful for the audition we got for her this is truly a bitter client as well as she still continues to be on our web page for it is just an advertising platform which ha's nothing to do with our contractsAnd will allow her to keep herself on there for services rendered until she request to be removed MGR Talent agency or any other agency is only allowed to submit clients for opportunities not demand that they workwe are not a part of the selection processThe conduct of the client which was unprofessional rude and verbally abusive is what led to termination

This client has a complete misunderstanding of what an agent actually does For clients in this industryWe work on commission we are only in charge of the submission process not the selection process this client had not been picked nor done the proper necessary steps that we require of said clientthe marketing and advertising opportunity through our web page is a different matter versus Talent report which is his true complaint?This person truly does not have a clear understanding of what they're even trying to complain about each client that we have all gets the same speech during signing process grounds of termination consist of unprofessional conduct which said client produced by accusing us of not doing our job when the other shoe was actually on the other foot we are not in charge of who gets picked we offer several ways for clients to be exposed to these opportunities a talent report does not serve any justice as a way that MGR talent agency submits through multiple channels and have no way of tracking half of the stuff that we actually do a talent report is a misconception by people who think that we can just delegate some report to prove to them that we do our job we do not do business this way everybody has freedom of choice we explain this up front before we sign contracts there's only a misunderstanding when people think it's all about them

I am rejecting this response because:The agency refuses to send a full submission report which clearly proves that they have not done any work. I also refute the claim that there was ever any mention of a release form, this was never said. Regards,

It is a marketing and advertising page for all clients and we do not chase people down to handle their own marketing page which was explained to [redacted] and was not satisfied with the results threatened our company with legal action so we terminated him. Any materials for the website is supposed to be submitted by any client which was never done by [redacted]
