Dear Sirs:I am attaching both bills from Pearlevision/West Point Optical, totaling $770.19, as well as my notes from my phone call to Walid at Pearlevision on 10/13/where he promised to give me my money back. I worked with VSP for several months trying to get my money back, but to no avail. At their suggestion, I finally turned to the Revdex.com. I'm hoping that Walid will do as he agreed over the phone and stick to his promise to refund my money to me. If it is their policy not to offer refunds, then why in the world would he have promised to give me my money back on 10/13/15? It just doesn't make sense. I'd like for Walid to adhere to his promise and honor the refund. Please refund me my $as promised.Thank you.*** ** ***
