change order, to switch to MGW, was submitted internally on the same day and takes twenty fourto forty-eight hours to clear with MGW’s Long Distance Carrier. On March 4, 2016 at 1:04PM EST,MGW contacted Mr. [redacted] to ensure the service was working as intended and a voicemail was left.On Saturday March 5, 2016 at 9:13AM EST, MGW received a call that Mr. [redacted]’s Long Distanceservice was not working as intended. The supervisor on duty was immediately notified by the CustomerSupport Representative. In turn, an additional order was submitted with the Carrier to advise them of thesituation. MGW received a response from the carrier that such orders would not be processed over aweekend. The MGW supervisor on duty immediately notified upper management of the situation. Mr.[redacted] was contacted on Saturday March 5th by the Vice President to further explain the situation and toadvise that the problem was being addressed as quickly as possible. At that time, apologies for anyinconvenience were extended on behalf of MGW. The decision was made to perform a temporarysolution so that Mr. [redacted] would be able to make long distance calls for the remainder of the weekend.The temporary solution was completed, and Mr. [redacted] was not charged for a single call made fromMarch 3rd through March 6th. MGW attempted to go above and beyond to help Mr. [redacted]. On MondayMarch 7, 2016, Mr. [redacted] canceled Long Distance service with MGWSincerely,[redacted]

Hello [redacted]  I spoke with you yesterday concerning case #[redacted]  I have included attachment for “[redacted]”.  He was given an antibiotic injection called Convenia on December 4, 2013 out of Southeast Veterinary Dermatology inventory.  [redacted]...

[redacted] Specialists does not carry this antibiotic.  The owner should have been told by her nurse/technician that she would receive an invoice in the mail from us with the balance. 
This fell through several hands, the owner did not think that these services were rendered.  She attempted to contact who she thought she needed but this unfortunately was the ER clinic that works out of the same building that SE Vet Derm does.  [redacted] Specialists rent space to us and the ER clinic. 
At this time the owner has paid her balance and understands what it was for.  I am contacting you to have the negative remark removed from our name.  Please let me know if you need anything else from me!  My name is[redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
