We have tried extensively to reach out to Mr*** to discuss his order (see attached), but he refused to speak with usWe have made several phone calls, none of which have been answered.
It was imperative that we speak with him to discuss the complications of his orderIf we were to produce the product, an unbound soft cover book, with the digital files and order details that he sent,
it would not be possible for his chosen, third party book binder to create the end product that he desiredThere are several critical details that go into the manufacturing of a soft cover book and we
highly recommended that we produced the finished product in our facilityMr*** did not choose this option, so we asked to speak to his book binder to possibly revise the files and order details
to provide them with usable materials to bind the bookMr*** would not allow us to speak to his book binderA full refund was issued on 11/02/(see attached) After the refund, we revised
his files and order details to manufacture excellent looking books(see attached) We shipped those books to Mr***, free of chargeHere is the UPS tracking number. ***
Mr*** refused the delivery and the books were sent back to usAt this point, we feel that we have done our absolute best to try and satisfy Mr*** and that his demands for further compensation

They did a great job and made me a happy custumer.

I asked them to do so andthey came up with various reasons why they wouldn't instead wanting to send me what they wanted, which was an already bound version of the book. At this point I am well over $500 in expenses due to the error MGX createdwhen it didn't properly print the items. Do you think an item that was under deadline to be produced by my bookbinderand now is over 25 days past due is not going to cause considerable problems? They refunded the money and we arestill asking for them to pay for the expense related to the errors caused.
