MH Dimmable Tint came to do a job at the residence and informed the client that it would take about 7 days to complete the job correctly and that there cannot be other people in the home and that all doors must remain closed during the installation. to make the job complete. Upon arrival the client insisted that this job could not take more than 3 days. We worked very hard to complete this job in the time given. The client also had multiple people in and out of the home during the installation of the film itself. This caused a few spots where dust was introduced into the film. We had warned the client multiple times that opening the doors would cause this issue and he ignored the warnings. So there were a few bubbles in the film caused by the client not listening to the warnings and how sensitive the film actually is. We agreed, against our warranty, to help the customer by replacing the film and doing the unpaid trim work for free. We informed the customer that the job would take 3-4 days to complete. Upon arrival the customer, again, told us we had to have it done in two days because he had other arrangements made. We had set the appointment with the client and there was an understanding on time prior to arrival. At the end of two days the job was not complete and the customer wanted us to come back another time in the future to complete. We did not set a time, but we had other jobs lined up and we could not stop helping other clients due to his schedule changing. We did all we could to help this client out and we continue to do so.
