Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to move the home since it is a double wide and to be able to transport this home we needed for the weather to be favorable. By the time the weather was better the mover had fallen behind on his work and therefore our job was set back. When the mover was able to get to this home I let the buyer know the home was on its way, and they immediately stated they were not interested in the home. Since the home was already being moved I had to pay those expenses. When the home arrived I informed the buyer that the money would be returned if I could place the home with another buyer. I have been trying to sell the home but unfortunately, the economic situation in this area has gone down and I have not been able to sell the home. I am requesting to have more time to be able to obtain the funds to deliver the amount to the buyers. On the other hand if the buyers would still be interested in the home it is available.
