I hired Mortgage Help for America in October of 2012 in order to help me with reducing my mortgage rate. They advised me if I hired them and they could not lower my rate then I would get 100 percent of my money returned to me. For over 12 months I did what the company asked and was denied for a mortgage reduction. My person of contact, [redacted], advised me in August to send the owner, Mr. [redacted] aka Mr. [redacted] an email stating my situation and I would like them to honor their money back guarantee. I have emailed the company several times, I have called and left messages and I have not had anyone call me back nor have I recieved a check.

Because of this situation, my husband and I have now had to file bankruptcy.
