I made the claim to *** on 09/15/After the crash a tow truck came by and started talking to me about United Collision Specialist and told me about them and stuff, and even showed me picturesI was told that United Collision Specialist were very good at the work they doSo I trusted his word and let him tow my car, and hands me a blank recepit paper with my information and nothing moreIn that time I decided to go with another shop and ( ***) told me that it would be $for towing?????That was the first red flag for meI kept speaking to them and stuff and finally decided to let them inspect my car and do the intial estimate which came out to be $After that my car was there for months with out being touched, and more supplements were sent via StatefarmUnited Collision Specialist called me after almost 3months that my car was ready, but when I got home I noticed a pool of liquid on the floor of my backyardSo I took it to a Local Body Shop and they inspected it and told me that, to fix it, it would be $the very same day I was told the car was readySo My Insurance was charged $dollars and I got a leaking car and it drives like ***This serves as a great lesson to me, and I have learned from itPlease if you need good body work and mechanical work your best bet is to go with the Selective Services your insurance provides and avoid shops Like United Collision SpecialistBecause *** *** Insurance will not help me out any further, and $dollars for what???
