the vehicle listed on line was not disclosed to have as many issues an problems it was listed as great conditionI was in the process for two weeks trying to buy this truck being rushed to sign loan papers an fax an overnite things to this company on a 2006 kenworth [redacted] stock #[redacted] vin#[redacted] PRICE $35,765.00 by sales rep [redacted]. when getting to the dealer it was in shop an told I couldn't see it due to that they found a problem, when I asked what was given the run around about it was nothing big an they were gonna fix it. I then asked could we get in it an see the entire outside before signing papers. I was told due to shop regulations I was not allowed. I told them I wouldn't sign anything until I could due a full inspection. I was told they had done one an had d.o.t inspected it an it had passed. I insisted I wouldn't sign until I saw it,ten minutes later they took me in shop an tried to hide all the damage that the vehicle had on it including the messed up radiator an the fact that there was a hole in bumper that they had used cardboard an duct tape to cover it up. I got inside an they had the gas pedal tore apart. they had replaced a mirror on the front that didn't match the other one also. I asked what was wrong he said the throttle was messed up. I then proceeded to tell him we needed to talk about this deal the truck was a piece of junk an there is no way it passed d.o.t regulations with a cardboard bumper. He ([redacted]) took me to his boss an he proceeded to tell me they found a hole in the radiator an that they were attempting to fix it a that now the truck wouldn't be ready till Monday. I said I wanted to figure out how they had faxed a d.o.t inspection to my new company saying nothing was wrong an it passed with all the issues I had just seen he had no answer for me except they would try an fix stuff they could but I would be responsible to pay/fix things that they couldn't come to an agreement with me over. I then decided this was not a company I wanted to due business with an that I wanted my deposit back an was told no due to the fact that they had overnited the radiator an were not going to be responsible for it since I was I walking away from deal. this whole situation was a bunch of lies an bad business practices Desired SettlementI want my deposit back in the amount of five hundred dollars(500.00$) plus my deposit on the loan eleven thousand three hundred ninety-eight dollars (11398.00$) plus an amount of one thousand dollars for all the extra effort I had to extend an spend in the process of their lies

this company lied an tried to sell us a truck that should not even be allowed to be d.o.t inspected an allowed on the road until things are fixed we were in communication with this company an our sales rep wade boyce for more than 2 weeks to try an accomplish the sale of a 2006 kenworth [redacted] stock number [redacted] serial number [redacted] for the amount of $35765.00 we were told no cash or ech with draws would be done until we signed on the dotted line an they took five hundred from my account an over eleven thousand from my partners account prior to any signature on anything except the loan agreement of what payments would be. we never signed an took delivery of this vehicle an refused to put this junk yard bound vehicle on the road. they found problems with it the day we were to be signing papers with the throttle an with an leaky radiator which had a hole in it. we mean time on their word that the truck was in great condition quite our jobs rented a car which cost 345$ for a one day rental to get to their company along with renting a hotel room, that we are now stuck in with no rental car an let alone the truck we were promised for a few days which cost four hundred dollars. we have had to fax an over nite papers to this company an broke our necks to be good customers an in good faith believed a company that has a slogan that says they strive for great satisfied customers an they completely lied to us an tried to sell us a piece of junk which they said was in great conditionDesired SettlementI want my five hundred dollars(500$) along with the eleven thousand three hundred ninety eight dollars(11398.00$) to be returned along with sum compromise on the additional amount that we have had to endure do to their misrepresentation of their product that we have had to suffer out of pocket expenses that we would not of had to if in fact they had not lied about the product they were offering is in the amount of one thousand dollars (1000.00$)

The first first 30 days of purchasing the truck it's only be opera table 8 of those. Problems still isn't resolved aftert numberous shop vistsWithin the first 30 days the following problems have occur:- air conditioner - warning singnal -air bags - glad bracket - blower After visting the shop numerous times warning light still doesn't work & glad bracket rusted out Desired SettlementReplacement truck or truck being properly fixed Business Response Contact Name and Title:[redacted] Used Trk MgrContact Phone: 901[redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]@mhctruck.comIn response to Mr.[redacted] complaint I would first like to state that MHC is genuinely concerned with customers who aren't having a good experience. Upon delivery of his truck a few problems were addressed which included the air conditioner and blower, which we repaired at no expense to the customer in addition to other repairs that he requested. I personally helped Mr.[redacted] diagnose his airbag problem by showing him where the leveling valve had become disconnected which he easily fixed himself. As for a warning light, there are several warning lights on a class 8 tractor. Our Service department would be happy to help him diagnose and work through any issues he may have. All this being said , Mr.[redacted] purchased a used piece of equipment along with a 1yr/100k mile engine warranty. MHC does not warranty used equipment which has no remaining factory warranties. All of our customers are informed of this upon signing the warranty disclaimer at closing. MHC values Mr.[redacted] business and would gladly assist him with any needs.
