When the client disputed
our charges with the credit card company, they claimed with dated
correspondence that we never responded to their emails to provide support.

contested the disputes with dated correspondence showing
that we attempted to reach out to the client to assist with their issues on at
least 5 different occasions with no response.  We were not being dishonest
as the client claims because we provided documentation.  Due to the proof that we provided, the credit
card company issued a credit to our account.   
The client signed up for
our services on 3/4/2014.  All clients must agree to our user agreement
(http://mhelpdesk.com/user-agreement/) when opening an account with us.
 This agreement states that if you cancel your service with us, we are not
obligated to refund service charges already paid.  Because we did not want
any unhappy customers, we did refund the client $2,400.00 of the $2,899.00
total (minus the $499.00 setup fee) on May 28, 2014.   This is the same day the client filed a
complaint with the Revdex.com.  
On 6/17/14, we received another
charge back dispute for the full $2899.00 amount even after we processed the
refund.  
The client desired a
refund, which we processed (receipt attached).  We understand
that our product may not have worked for her company, but to claim that we did
not provide support when we have proof that we did and that we were stealing
from them is being dishonest.  We are a
reasonable company that strives to provide an excellent product
and exceptional customer service to our clients.  This complaint with the Revdex.com is hurtful to our company's image and reputation and is uncalled for as we have given the client what she wanted.
