MHM Urgent Care

Review: MHM Urgent Care has consistently over-billed me and my family on our visits to their facilities. I have determined this by reconciling my "Explanation of Benefits" documents from my health insurance provider and what I paid out of pocket.Whenever I've gone to the local facility, I'm told to contact the corporate office because they handle accounting/billing issues. Whenever I've tried to contact the corporate office, I'm only given an opportunity to leave a voice mail.Other healthcare providers will automatically and proactively mail you any excess funds within a reasonable time frame. It has been 2.5 years since our first visit resulted in an over payment to MHM, but we have received nothing in return. We have since made a few more visits, each time paying an out of pocket charge, only to realize a few weeks later that we were over billed.Desired Settlement: MHM Urgent Care should have policies in place to return excess balances to patients and not require that they actively go "hunt it down".
