Ms [redacted] requested we modify her mailing address to her place of employmentWe informed her in order to complete her request we will require her to submit the change of address in writing to us, specifying the alternate or new address she would like the card mailed toThis request may be faxed or mailed to usMs [redacted] was not willing to complete this step to add an alternate mailing address for her new debit card ? In addition, we offered to send Ms [redacted] a cashier’s check for the amount of funds she needed from her accountThis was an option she declined ? We provided reasonable alternatives to meet her request, all of which she declinedWe are awaiting further instructions from Ms [redacted] on how she would like to proceed ?
