I am rejecting this response because:As per your letter dated 10/30/The lifetime warranty states- that it does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, such as tears in the upholistery or hash chemicalsHis letter states "that in my case, it would fall under the years of use." It's a lifetime warranty, which has to include years of useAs a matter of fact, the table was hardly usedI am a retired chiropractic physician from active practice and only see s very limited amount of patients (6-per month) & have never abused the tableWhile in active practice I saw 20-patients per day for approximately years using similar tables and never had problem as occurred with the master tableSometimes around September I began to notice degradation of the upholstery, separation from its seams, wit the underneath foam bunching upi then notified the company of the problemHis letter states ' that I should of reported the problem years ago" How could I have notified the company many years ago when the problem manifested its self around September I reported the problem when it appeared, as stated aboveThere is no doubt in my mind that the quality &/or poor workmanship is the case of the problemHe also states" that any request for a free table is out of our capacity"I gave the company an option either a free table or pay for the reupholsteryThey elected to do nothing except to SPIN excusesI will be out of town for approximately weeksTherefore, I will be unable to answer any letters or calls until I return November 7, 2016.Sicerely, *** ** *** ***

on models, up to 5 years for the structure and 3 years for the foam/upholstry. Nonetheless, if we were to uphold the lifetime guarantee, Mr. [redacted] case would fall under years of use. If this truely was as defective as the customer state, he could have, and should have ample time to report this so called defect to us many years ago. Regardless, we still tried to serve Mr [redacted] so on April 19th, 2016 we shipped out to Mr [redacted] a vinyl table cover free of charge. Any further request for a free table from Mr. [redacted] would be out of our capacity.Sincerely,
