This is a strange complaint. MR [redacted] give our manager $100 tip and asked [redacted] if he can come and work for him! this is a clear case for an attempt of character assassination which can be taken to the court of law . We spend $900 on paint( sherwin williams paint) and 18...
labor to complete his $2000 job. imagine a rental property of 15 years plus with horrible wax and stain on walls and filthy house... Initially we have agreed to do the laminate for about 1200 sqft and carpet for the house in 4 days time.. he then want as to do a one coat of paint only on the walls, never mentioned to paint over wall paper area or the ceiling in two bedrooms and in the master closet. we initially agreed to paint for $2000.00 for 4 bedroom and game room house( Including paint) then added more stuff and expected to do at the same price. He was there every day since the starting day of the job, and never mentioned any problem with the job, not only that but he added more and more job for our workers, he was promising to pay us more that work. when our workers finished the job and asked for the balance due, then he came up with this story about the poor quality job, which is a worse, crooked customer behavior case I have ever in my 10 years contracting experience, we agreed to do walk through and do more painting and completed the job to his satisfaction.. he even tipped our team leader $100 and asked he can come and work for him. The house was in the market for sale before we finish the job, even the Realtor was impressed with the work..Only thing MR [redacted] do not want to pay for the job. Then we give him close to$750 discount on top to to make him happy. I don't understand the logic of he is asking $2000 back? what is problem with the paint job in a 15 year of rental homes paint job( what he mean by horrible' please be specific). we have pictures of the job and of the house when it was in the market for sale... which is a clear example of how nice work was completed, only thing is now he want money? tell us what is wrong with paint.. we can correct it, we can take sherwin williams representatives to the house and find solution for the problem.. Only thing he want to hurt our business and character assassination...which is never seen from any of our customers..

Here is what I have to say.. look at these pictures, we have done everything to make this house look nice up to the customer satisfaction.." Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect from cheap people" [redacted] Look like the house is sold now, and we have given him a discount is now not gonna honor since he has disputed and we gonna go after SJS homes. This customer is doing premeditated and nasty comments about me personally and about our business within the community. Since he attempted to hire my employee, look like he want start a flooring business.. Now do not have to give him a discount and our lawyer going to collect balance money asap.
