To Whom It May Concern, Case ID: *** I do sincerely sympathize with the situation Mrs*** is in but, HTherapy Services, Incis no longer in business due to the misappropriation of company funds by the man Mrs*** purchased her hyperbaric chamber fromI spoke with Mrs*** a
few times regarding her situation and was able to determine through emails she provided me that Bill L***, who is as of March currently serving years in federal prison for scams he ran and stole about $million dollars from unsuspecting people, that he completely lied to Mrs*** regarding the resale of her chamberBy the time that this was discovered Bill had already been sentenced and had been found to have completely misappropriated funds of HTherapy leaving it in such an astronomical amount of debt that they could no longer keep their doors open and have since went out of businessWhen Mrs*** came forward with the issues that she had not been paid for her chamber HTherapy was unable to pay her and HTherapy was not in the "loop" on what the agreements were between Mrs*** and Bill L*** due to the fact that Bill kept a lot of things he did "secret" as to the keep the owner DrJohn C*** from finding out about how the company was running financiallyI do believe the only other person in the company who had knowledge of this situation along with many other situations was HTherapy's office administrator, who also hid the company's financial situations and practices of MrL***Unfortunately at this time with HTherapy Services, Incno longer in business, I do not see a way for Mrs*** to recover funds for the resale of her chamberSincerely, Allison P***- Former HTherapy Services, Incemployee

I am not satisfied with the explanation that was given for not paying me the money that is owed to meI can understand that because of one person, the company has suffered, but that is what insurance is forIt should not be my loss that they hired a guy who ripped them off, as they sayTheir company representative, acting for the company, sold my hyperbaric unit for $12,to *** *** almost immediately after receiving my unit back at their facility for resaleThey can lay blame for their issues with their employee, but he was just that, their employee and a representative of their company
I may be wrong, but I also feel that this company has committed fraudHow is it that the company has the same address, same phone number, same employees, same manager and same owner but now goes by another nameI was told that HTherapy, LLC filed for dissolution of a LLC in March of and that it was finalized in July of 2014, yet the Revdex.com received a response on company letter head, that was supposedly out of business, dated August 4, as the old companyDrJohn B C*** is still on record filling out prescription for the hyperbaric chambers just as he was with HTherapy
Nothing has changed except the company is now going by a different name and the company has not paid me, or have even tried to make a good faith effort, to pay me the $12,that is owed to me
