response because :I have attached an email where the owner states he is going to refund my deposit ( Line #7)due to the circumstances of the puppy that we chose passing away prior to deliveryI have this in written text and feel that he should honor this in good faith

MessageThis email you just sent me was not necessary if you read our website where you submitted your deposit and you look at the agreement that we have on our contract all deposits are non-refundable your deposit rolls over to the next availabl litter that stated all over my website I was however going to refund it to you as a courtesy and because I wanted to not because I have to so do not give me a timeline on when I have to get it done I would be more than happy to do this this one time only but please do not give me a time line way to civic day on when I have to do it that Sir is not acceptable to me at all

The Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] over the phone where he gave us his response:"We do not refund deposits, it's on the contract. We can only roll on to another puppy. The contract is on our website. I do not refund money for any reason whatsoever."
