The client has not been waiting over months for her product as it took over days to pick out her imagesI never gave her a date of when she would receive the completed product byAfter a days I learned from the print lab mistaked, images were sent to my Oklahoma studio and not dropped shipped directly to the client Originally when this client had her session and went to place an order she misunderstood the Groupon and the $print credit.I told her that because of the confusion that I would make a special package for her and in what budget she was happy withMy 5xalbum by itself is $500, so I offered her 3-5xprints for the $credit (because thats how much they would be each if you divide the images that fit in the book)She then asked how many additional could she get for the $250, I told her 10.With the delay in the images sent to the wrong location I decide to upgrade her packageShe originally verbal expressed that she would have liked digital images and would be easier because her husband was being deployed but that she couldn't afford my digital pricesI thought she would be happy and excited for the upgradeI upgraded her to digitals (she chose and additional bonus I added) this is a $1,valueI also included the print release so they could be printed any size and use however she chose.Only after the digitals were received was a refund requested stating it was because she didn't received productI have now corrected the print order and it was sent to her, I have tracking number if neededAs for her hair/makeup.at the time of service she said she was happy with the look and even when ordering the pictures explained the reason it took over days to choose was because she and her husband loved them so much she couldn't chooseI am also a licensed professional in Oklahoma and California and by law can apply and charge for hair and makeup devices (I can provide my license numbers if needed)Thank you [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner and I made a written agreement that she would provide 5xprinted photos for my payment of $I paid the $for those printed photos and have not received themThe photos have not been delivered to meThen after a month and a half of waiting for my order, she sent me, without my agreement to a new agreement, digital photos that I will have to pay to have developedI did not ask for them, she sent them in reply to a message I sent asking for the status of my prints I have screenshots of our agreement, requests for updates and her sending the digital photos without my consent or even knowledge of her changing the agreementShe has not upheld her end of our agreed upon contract.
