I am rejecting this response because: they have offered solar screens, insulation, and celing fans but have not tried to set up appointments for suchThey have sent different A/C Companies and the problem has yet to be repairedI did receive the offer by email to terminate the lease but that is an inconvenience to my family at this timeI am willing to accept the ceiling fans, solar screens and insulation but that is not the problem as the A/C Technicians have statedThere is a contract and I strongly believe that if I follow on my part, the management company/owner should do the same.

central heating and cooling system is obviously far above the dollar amount that we can spend without the Owner's permission. We presented the request to the Owner and he has declined. it is his opinion that there are other, far less expensive, solutions to this problem-which is very common when a two story home has been equipped, by the builder and using guidelines established by the city and/or county, with a single unit to provide heating and cooling for the property. Typically we are guided to control the air flow, according to season, by either opening or restricting air flow from each ceiling vent. That is the most common description that has been given to us.As you know, the Owner has made available to us the offer of solar screens, added insulation in accessible attic areas and ceiling fans. I have sent contractors to the residence in preparation of performing these services, but they were not permitted access to the interior of the property. The Owner, who also is Involved in the setting of the monthly rents, does not wish to abate any rents. It is his opinion that the rents are fair for this property. As you will also recall, he has allowed us to offer to you a termination of the contract in which you are free to leave, without repercussions. Assuming, of course, that rents are current at your date of departure and that the house suffers only from ordinary usage.
