I am rejecting this response because:I need the mailed to my P.O.BoxI am not coming in to pick it up.The girl at the register that waited on me could have refunded the to me when I noticed the charge on my receipt and brougbrought it to her attentionInstead, she acted like I had the problem and was acting unreasonable.

The company charged cents on my receiptI asked why and was shown the menu which had a note that a service fee would be charged discretionary ofI asked what it was for and was told to call the manager since one was not on the property

In order to provide lower costs for those who order under 5.00 dollars we decided to go back to traditional pricing style adjusting each individual price rather than adding the .60 customer service charge to their total sale. Even though we notified all of customers of our previous pricing method through door postings and in the menu and we are under compliance we do appreciate this customers business and are willing to refund this customer .60 cents and they can notify [redacted] at [redacted] when they would like to pick this up. I will attach a copy of our previous menu and our current menu if thls can best assist you in clarifying the customers concern.Thank You,[redacted]
