Cleaning crew arrived 45 minutes late. Did a good enough job but sometimes had to be told multiple times to clean an area that they had been told needed cleaning previously. Should be concentrating more on cleaning and not how the surface got as dirty as it was. After all I am paying them to clean not to complain. Carpet cleaner, on the other hand, did a great job and was easy to talk to, however the company should be up front that they do not take credit cards, cash or certified check or money orders only. This caused a minor inconvenience as I had to go get the cash, but Mitch understood. Come on Mi Kasa, technology exists that enables credit card processing on a cell phone device for quite a while now. Get with the times.
