The customer called and I asked questions on the phone they told me they had a basic car key so I quoted them our standard prices for a basic car key and trip chargeWhen my technician got there he discovered that the key was a premium key and had a programmed microchip in it, which is a higher cost. It was a correct charge for the key they needed which wasn't what the customer described to me on the phoneHowever, we are a small company with good ethics and in our line of work we can't afford compliments about us, it's much better for our business in the long run to just pay this complaint then to have it ruin our good nameWe've reached out to the customer and left a voice message so we can obtain the best way to pay themIf you could please call us at ***-***-*** ask for Liz *** (*** ** ***) so she can discuss this with you furtherThank youKindest Regards, Sam *** Xtreme Keys Cars
