Review: On 2nd trip to get manicure & pedicure the lady working on me payed more attention to a soap opera on tv. So when I went back yesterday that same lady was there with one otherworker. I made it clear the one I wanted to do my nails. With a mask on I wasn't sure. No other clients were in at the time. While sitting to dry them another
customer came in. at that time the lady I had ask to do my nails came out. So they didn't give me the one I ask for and she did a lousy job as I told her why I had ask for her. I called the shop today wanting to meet and talk to the owner or manager and show the results No one could tell me who it was also told me if I didn't like it not to come back. We serve all customers the same. We asked her if we did something wrong, she said no, she was mad because the man who usually does her nails was not here.
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a false statement. I only ask that the one lady do my nails as they were only two there. The one that did my nails was not the one I ask for, she had a mask on so I didn't know for sure at first. I explained to her why I had ask for her as the other one (which was her) did my nails the last time and watched the soap opra on tv more than she did me. So she grunted and never chatted with me at all. The nails were not done as they would normally do. This is why I called the next day to ask to speak to the manager or owner. Then I ask for [redacted] because he had done my nails once and I knew he spoke good English. I ask him about the manager an a phone number where I could contact them. He first said 911. My husband was listening to the conversation. then he said if I didn't like it JUST DON'T COME BACK. I know they've been in business for a long time and have a good reputation., There's still no excuse for the way I was treated. I can understand why they would tell an untruth about the situation for I did call ahead an I knew that [redacted] was not going to be there. No other customers were in the shop at the time until my nail were drying, that's when the one I had ask for came out to take care of her. I wanted to say something then, but did not want to cause a scene. Thank you for listening. All I wanted was a change to let the manager know what happened and to let them see what they did to my nails.
PS: I did call my charge card and had them remove the charge. They also said they would try to see who the manager is for me.
