[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I have received the refund, but feel a more appropriate apology than another excuse blaming the bank for the delayI was told on June 20th I would receive a refund within 7-business days, when that didn't occur was told by someone named Ashley on July 4th would receive it on July 5th and she would call when it was doneI never received a call and had to check my bank account to find out refund was done on July 18thBut as you stated if the refund is done than for you your issue is resolved
