Mi Oficina Income Tax

This was my second year filing taxes with this agencyThe second time around I noticed something about the refund amount I was given did not make senseAfter reviewing my tax return and my check I came to notice they had taken over $in fees I was not made aware ofThe tax preparer who's name is *** only advised me that it would cost $to file and to get my check early, she advised me if I were to wait to file them with the IRS online it would take over months to receive my tax returnI went back to attempt to resolve the issue and all they gave me back was $I advised them had they told me about the additional fees I would not have agreed to pay such a ridiculous amount when I could have gone to the county and gotten them done for free My mother, my cousin, and myself were all taken advantage of and had money taken without our knowledge or consentUpon reading reviews this business is constantly taking advantage of it's costumers

I filed my Income Tax Return with them in Febvruary 2016, the refund they wrote me a check for is no the same amount as its states on my paperworThey claim to have charged extra fees that I was not aware forI am missing roughly $from my tax returnI would like for them to write me a check for the money I am missing

I, prepared the client's tax return on FEBRUARY 2, Our Tax Firm is required to E-FILE due to IRS policy, therefore there is a fee for that
Client also received a bank product for days process of her refund there's also a fee for
that
Client received her refund on FEB 17,
I, also offered a audit protection fee which she accepted, she also requested for me to deduct the tax preparation fee from her refund.Our Tax Firm has proper signed documentation from the client and I, in which we both agree to the fees and tax preparation

Before I signed the documents I was only notified of the tax preparation fee the business charges which was automatically taken out of my refundBut I was not notified of the E-FILE fee or the audit protection fee until I went back to speak to someone regarding my missing money
