Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Yes the phone was $and did purchase accessory 9.99, as I stated with a witness the phone speaker works on and off [redacted] did sent in a request while I was there, when he called me back stated that I had to send to MFG still not a problemI asked about doing a refund thru him since it wasn't even days old and his response was stating what is he suppose to do with the phone and hung up on meThis is not good business and I believe it should be addressedStill have not heard anything about the stores return policy and why it couldn't be addressedWe love the phone but when paying that kind of money and a few days later several times that day the speaker did not workThe other person my son was calling you could hear but could not him my sonThe problem was the way the Mgr handled it very unprofessionally

This is not good business and I believe it should be addressed. Still have not heard anything about the stores return policy and why it couldn't be addressed. We love the phone but when paying that kind of money and a few days later several times that day the speaker did not work. The other person my son was calling you could hear but could not him my son. The problem was the way the Mgr handled it very unprofessionally.

Dear representative Revdex.com:   I am writing  with reference to the complaint ID of [redacted]. we acknowledge the experience costumer had and would like to respond to the customer issue regarding the phone.   Firstly, when the LG stylo (...

serial number: [redacted]) was sold on November 4th ,2015 our representative made sure that it functions well by switching the phone set on and made a test call in front of customer.   Secondly, as the customer came again on November 13th,2015 with the complaint that the speaker of the phone does not work. Our representative again conducted a test call on the phone with the speaker on and to her surprise it worked.   Keeping above facts and acknowledging the customer satisfaction our representative filed a return authorization on Actifywireless.com. the authorization status was rejected due to the reason that the serial number is still active. For a proof I am attaching the email of authorization rejection notification from company.   We believe in financial transparency,having said that, at last we would like to be clear and transparent on the refund amount which the customer stated in $119 though the cost of the phone is $99. The other amount of $ 9.99 is the for the purchase of a phone accessory not the phone which is  separate from the phone cost.   Once again we appreciate for the mail and we hope that above facts and arguments will resolve the said issue and understand our stance and position in this matter.     Best regards,   [redacted] Mi pueblito Del valle
