We advise every customer we will log the dress but someone else can purchase in a different color, or may not tell us which school they are going to wear the dress to, or purchase online We also make it clear that all sales are final and we are human we may make a mistake on whether or not the dress is already sold to the same prom dance There are a number of reasons that make it impossible to guarantee the same dress will not be worn at the same dance The dresses sold are never sold under the assumption that only Mia Bella Couture has received this dress nor is it sold based on a guarantee that no other girl will wear this dress It is our policy not to return any dress as all sales are final There is a note stating this on the receipt and on the store counter A number of girls going to prom are not taught to care who else has the dress they just enjoy the wearing the dress and having a fun time at prom I am aware that one of our employees knows both girls who purchased this dress and said the girl that purchased it first made style adjustments so that it wouldn't be the same dress It is a sad world we live in when this is such an issue that Ms [redacted] felt it necessary to threaten me over the phone instead of being reasonable and noting politeness would have gotten her much further than her being irrational on the phone [redacted]
