I have owned my business for over years? We have very strict policies on customer service? We always make the client happyI did not know [redacted] was unhappy until she wrote a review on my business page? Yes [redacted] was almost fifteen minutes late walking out the door, but her Updo for her hair was changed to something else she wanted for her hairWe had already done a trial hair Updo on her like we do to all our brides and she was very happy with her hair? I also have enclosed the message saying how happy she was with her hairWhen you change from the previous Updo we do not know if it will take a bit longer to do? I do feel if I would have told her no we can't change her hair I would still not have made her happy? While we all were in the Salon numerous girls in her bridal party wanted something different to their hair as wellWe always ask the client if they are happy with their hair before they leaveNo one complained? Everyone said they were happy? I have apologized to [redacted] and have also offered her free services to her and her bridal party to make them happy? Just because it's our policy? I have also enclosed that message as well? Also the very first time [redacted] came in or a haircut she called my upset because her appointment was at and the stylist that was going to help her was finishing up an eyebrow waxSo she was a few minutes late? She was then dissatisfied with having to wait a few extra minutes? I then apologized and offered her free services which she took? I have also enclosed that message? As for giving [redacted] a refund on everything I told her I wasn't able do thatThe girls at the salon came in early for her and worked extra hard even with the changes and rushing? I have also talked to all of the girls that worked about her ridiculous accusation that one of us laughed at her? That is simply not true?
