Horrible customer service/shipping delays
I ordered a Halloween costume on 9/15 and as of 10/20 I still have not received it. I emailed them on 10/5 to ask about the tracking because nothing was showing up. They responded fairly quickly. Then on 10/10 I emailed again cancelling the order because there still wasn't any tracking available on the website. They sent me tracking on 10/11 saying it had been shipped, but their tracking number said the same as on their website: item not found. I have sent numerous emails asked for them to call me on the emails and no response. ( If you call them you get a recording that states they can’t answer due to Covid). I left a review on another site and they responded by saying my statements simply were false! Unbelievable! I had to purchase another Halloween costume because my granddaughter had a Halloween party this past weekend. Here we are on 10/20 and tracking still unknown or item not found via email. Do not buy from this company! Every picture is from a different date in October and one is from today.

AVOID THIS COMPANY...they are a scam.
I ordered a dress and matching hat on 10/3. I kept watch to see when it was going to ship, as I had them scheduled for pictures. on 10/16 I finally emailed them to see if it was going to ship. I was then informed that they oversold the dress, but that the hat was coming. I am beyond frustrated. I had to contact THEM to get a refund for the dress. They knew they oversold the dress, I now have a hat that went into "transit" on 10/13. Had they messaged their customer to let them know that the dress was not going to be sent WITH the matching hat, I would have cancelled the entire order. Now, I am stuck with a $25 hat (that was advertised in pictures that matched the dress) and no dress. I had to contact THEM to get a refund for a dress they had no intention of sending/refunding without me contacting THEM. This is my second try with them, as I ordered from them for christmas and had a similair experience. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. Learn from my mistake and go to another site.

One star is too many
One star is too many. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, qualifying for a discount because of third pair. I waited semi-patiently for 6 weeks. Two pairs were delivered, with no indication of what happened to third pair. They reduced my refund by the discount, even though it was their incompetence and failure. They also refused to refund a third of my $30 delivery charge. They are crooks.

I ordered a dress on December 3rd, and didn't get an update on the dress for two weeks later when I received an email saying the dress was out of stockI was told I could look for something else in her shop in the place of the dress I ordered and to email backI wanted a refund, not anything else simply because of the horrible costumer serviceI emailed back explaining I wanted a refund, and got an email back saying that's fineI never received the refund, so I start messaging Mia Belle Baby through Facebook chat, only to be ignoredI blew the chat up looking for answersI got a reply saying I was now refunded and it would take several business days to receive the moneyFourteen days later still no refundI contact Mia Belle Baby through Facebook chat again and get ignored for three daysI then message again threatening to report them through the Revdex.comThey responded right away and said I was "now refunded." They never refunded me to the begin withI now got my refund after two business days, only because of me being persistent and threatening to report them to the Revdex.com and them begging me not toI don't recommend this company at allYou might get ripped offif they dont have the clothes in stock you orderedNever again will I buy from this scam of a business!

I ordered matching mother daughter anchor tanks on April and have not received themAt the end of May, I emailed them and was told status was pushed to beginning of June, then after another inquiry because I still had not received items, was told end of June/ 1st if July, but it still does not show a shipped status yet I have requested a refund in my last emails, which received no response I did tell them in my last email that I was checking with the Revdex.com to see if they are a credible business, and only find negative reviews, so I am adding mine There items look so cute, but who knows? I can't get mine, or my money back

I placed a order in February & was told my order would not be placed until the end of March that was okayHowever it is April & I have not heard ANYTHING I sent a few messages thur facebook have not heard backCustomer service is not good at allI understand you guys are busy but at least let the customers know SOMTHING!!! I ordered some items from them Dec4th, based on their website which states a to day ship time on in stock merchandiseI inquired a week later to see what was going on as my items had not shipped and was given a very vague answer about it shipping soonI inquired again several days ago only to be given that same vague answer in their live chat and then to have the person close the chatI went to their facebook page and complained and they told me to message them on Facebook chat and they would help meI did so and received no reply for daysI went again to their facebook page, only to notice my original post was deleted and they then deleted two more posts within minutes of my posting (funny how they have time to delete all the negative facebook posts but no time to answer anyone)I finally had to go back to their live chat and demand a refund, which they offered after my firmly requesting it at least half a dozen timesWe will see if I actually get the refundThey stated 5-business days (based on my bank whom I know to issue refunds immediately)

This company's customer service is horrible! I placed multiple orders on April It is now June and I have yet to receive my ordersI reached out to Mia Belle Baby on June questioning the status of my ordersI received an email stating that the production time was pushed back and I would receive my items between mid and late JuneThe email also stated that I would receive an email stating when my items have shippedI have yet to receive that emailI have attempted to call this business multiple times, but alas, no answer! This situation is extremely frustratingThink again when purchasing from this company!

I ordered mommy and me shirts to take pics with my daughter back in october, at this time dec. 8 still have not received anything. I have emailed, called for a refund but the phone number on file is never answered. WORST COMPANY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Mia Belle Baby!!

Like all of the other reviewers, my experience with this company is completely negative. I ordered a dress for my granddaughter on 5/29/16. When I inquired by email a few weeks ago, I was told my order would ship in 4-5 weeks and that I would receive shipment verification. Six weeks later, nothing! At this point, I don't even want the item anymore, it will probably fall apart after it's worn once. This company is either a scam or incompetent. Either way, I plan to file a grievance with my credit card company and PayPal. Know this Mia Belle Baby: there are plenty of social media and online outlets to shame your company. It's now on my to-do list.

this company is a scam I order paid with pay pal they took my money then emailed me that my order was rejected how ever didnt bother to refund me my money back I filed a dispute with pay pal I tried calling their cusotmer service number no answer just a message on their answering machine tried contacting them thru face book only got auto reply message this company is a scam and doesnt have what you order in stock I will deffinetly never order from this company again
