and March.
The billing for water, sewer, and trash are billed a month behind so that property usage can be determined. The last utility bill that Mr. [redacted] paid was for the usage dates of 12/27/13 through 1/28/14, he paid these with his rent on 3/4/14. The next billing was for 1/28/14 through 2/28/14 for a total of $56.37 and the final utility bill was for usage from 3/1/14 through his move out date of 3/31/14 for a total of $54.53. The total unpaid utility fees were $110.90. Mr. [redacted] refused to pay these so I kept his security deposit of $100.00 leaving him with a balance due of $10.90.
I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] felt like he was charged in error, I did try to explain to him several times.
