Guest was told at check in that all rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card. Since the guest room was not paid for by any third party the guest would be responsible for the room his team was occupying. There is no [redacted] Hotel? We did contact Mr. [redacted] and he stated the room charge would be the guest responsibility. We referred the guest back to [redacted].

 [redacted] is not a hotel.  He is a person who provides basketball teams with hotels.  We were working with Mr [redacted] these days.  We were told by Mr [redacted] and more importantly by the person at the front desk the room was comped.  The gentleman at the desk asked for a card for incidentals only.  He verified the room was to be comped.Mr [redacted], who has no affiliation with the hotel other than a person who contracted rooms from the hotel, has nothing to do with this other than he was the person who was to pay for the rooms or make sure the rooms were paid (comped).  I was told by the front desk person that my card would not be charged.  I have three witnesses who will gladly testify to the statement by the Four Points employee when this goes to court.
